Registration Requirements

When opening an account on 33bnm, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The following individuals may not open an account:

Those under 21 years of age
Those who have previously been banned from 33bnm
Those who are registered under a self-exclusion program
Those operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person

Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether authorized or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 33bnm support team immediately.

To strengthen your password, use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and change it regularly.

Identity Verification (KYC)

33bnm reserves the right to verify a user's identity when necessary. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension. This process is essential to keeping our platform safe and free from fraud.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

33bnm offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer applies once only and will be withdrawn if the applicable conditions are not met.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
33bnm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
In any bonus-related dispute, 33bnm's decision will be considered final.
Strategic or unethical wagering aimed at earning bonuses (such as placing opposing bets) is strictly prohibited.

VIP & Loyalty Program

The 33bnm VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Details on tier progression and cashback can be obtained from the support team. 33bnm reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

The following methods are available for depositing funds on 33bnm: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted. Violating this rule may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account suspended.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Before initiating a withdrawal, please ensure:

Your account verification is complete.

The withdrawal method is registered in your name.
There are no restrictions on your account.

Fair Play & Security

Account Closure Rules

33bnm may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

Upon account closure, any applicable balance (legitimately earned and with wagering requirements fulfilled) will be returned. However, in cases of fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

Under no circumstances will 33bnm's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the applicable legal process will be followed. 33bnm does not claim any specific license or regulatory authority.
